How to order:
We are an online flower shop with a florist in Lusaka, Zambia and a flower delivery network. Select your arrangement or gift item on the website. Proceed to order and checkout using any debit, credit card or PayPal as payment. Be sure to include the recipient’s information and any special instructions as you checkout. Click here to go to our “shop now” page and find all available arrangements and options.
Can I specify a delivery time?
No. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We do however try to schedule delivery so that the recipient will be on location when our delivery team arrive. This is usually done for deliveries at work premises. Please know that our general policy is that deliveries will be done between 9am and 6pm on the date specified.
What if my recipient is not present for the delivery?
Please ensure someone will be home on the day you request for delivery. In the event the recipient is not available to take the delivery the florist may either leave the package at the door, leave a delivery notice for the recipient to arrange a convenient time of delivery or hold the order for a future attempt at re-delivery.
To ensure that the flowers are delivered on the desired day, please place your order early to allow for your payments to clear as all orders are fulfilled only after payment is received. Next day delivery is available for all orders if placed before 2PM Zambian local time as long as payments are received. Saturday delivery is available. No deliveries during public holidays and Sundays.
We will take the utmost care to insure that your order is processed according to your specifications. Due to seasonal changes and availability, we may on occasion need to replace a type of flower with an equivalent size, shape and color tone due to availability during a particular season.
